A. CBD Railroad Corridor Sub-District Workforce Housing Requirement (2020-240):
Provide a recommendation to the City Commission on Ordinance No. 29-21, a privately
initiated amendment to the Land Development Regulations to specify that eligible projects
consisting of 0.75 acres or less shall only be required to provide a minimum of 10 percent
workforce housing units within the Railroad Corridor Sub-district.
