Strategic Goal: Internal and External Communications Background: The City Commission has requested staff to review and propose options for improved citizen engagement. IT staff has reviewed and is presenting an overview of three areas of concern being expressed by the Commission. First the need for a City owned Citizen Engagement APP. Secondly: an update on reverse 911 options. Third: ROBO Calling Attachments: Citizen Engagement B. Fireworks Education Campaign, Zero Tolerance Enforcement Campaign including approving additional cost, and the potential revision of the fireworks ordinance - Fire Chief Snyder, Fire Department (386) 575-6902.
