Discussion of Transportation Projects - Matt Doan, P.E., Public Works Director (386) 878-8973. Strategic Plan: Public Safety and Infrastructure Background: Staff will make a presentation of the City’s current transportation projects. Georgia McKeown, the City of Deltona’s lobbyist, will discuss legislative and budget priorities for the City. Strategic goal: fiscal and communication Background: The City Commission needs to provide guidance to the lobbyist on legislative and fiscal priorities for FY 17/18. Strategic Goal: External and Internal Communication Background: The purpose of this item is to review and discuss the City’s public records protocol approved on August 8, 2017.
