A. Discussion of Transportation Projects - Matt Doan, P.E., Public Works Director

Strategic Plan: Public Safety and Infrastructure
Background: Staff will make a presentation of the City’s current transportation
projects.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: Time permitted, public comment shall be permitted at the end
of agenda items only and shall not exceed two minutes.
B. Georgia McKeown, the City of Deltona’s lobbyist, will discuss legislative and
budget priorities for the City.
Strategic goal: fiscal and communication
Background: The City Commission needs to provide guidance to the lobbyist on
legislative and fiscal priorities for FY 17/18.

C. Discussion re: Public Records Protocol - Joyce Raftery, City Clerk’s

Strategic Goal: External and Internal Communication
Background: The purpose of this item is to review and discuss the City’s public
records protocol approved on August 8, 2017.
