CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am. 2. ROLL CALL: Also present: Ron Paradise, Planning & Development Services; Jerry Mayes, City Manager's Office; Jane Shang, City Manager, Kathrine Kyp, Planning & Development Services, Arrol and Sherri Seaver, and Herb Green, CADJAZZ Engineering. Present: 4 - Member Leigh Grosvenor Chair Chris Bowley Member Steve Roland Member Phyllis Wallace Excused: 2 - Member Scott McGrath Member Mario Chavez 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA: A. Minutes of December 7, 2017. Motion by Steve Roland, seconded by Leigh Grosvenor, to accept the minutes of December 7, 2017. NEW BUSINESS: A. Final Site Plan Application - St. Clare’s Catholic Church, 2961 Day Road. FSP17-003. FSP17-003. The motion carried by the following vote: For: 4 - Member Grosvenor, Chair Bowley, Member Roland and Member Wallace B. Pre-application meeting - 2351 Adelia Blvd. Mr. Seaver stated that they are interested in dividing their property into two parcels within the RE-5 zoning. Mr. Paradise stated that he and Member Wallace visited the site on two occassions to review the site and indicated that there are wetlands on the property. Discussion ensued regarding Adelia Blvd., flood plain, wetland buffers, and access. C. Wall Easement - 400 Welcome Center Drive. Mr. Green stated that on the original plat of Lot 1 of the Welcome Center Drive included a wall easement. He stated that the applicant's title insurance company is requesting a replat of the lot to vacate the easement and asked for the timeline on processing a replat application. Discussion ensued regarding the cross access easement between Lot 1 and RaceTrac and the due public notice process for a plat. 8. BOARD/COMMITTEE MEMBERS COMMENTS: 9.
