1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 9:02 am.
2. ROLL CALL:
Also present: Dinelia Santana, Planning and Development Services; Jane Shang, City
Manager; Marc-Antonie Cooper; Assistant City Manger; Mark Edgil, Fire Safety; Alex Cate,
Zev Cohen and Associates; Randy Hudak, Zev Cohen and Associates and Ken Fulmer,
Titan Properties.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA:
A. Minutes of October 4, 2018.
Motion by Ron Paradise, seconded by Jerry Mayes, to accept the
Minutes of October 4, 2018. The motion carried by the following vote:
For: 6 - Member Chavez, Member Grosvenor, Member Mayes,
Member Paradise, Member Roland and Chair Wallace
4. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS:
5. PUBLIC FORUM: Time permitted, public comment shall be permitted at the end of
agenda items only and shall not exceed two minutes.

Discussion occurred regarding stormwater, parking, ADA compliance, impact fees, hydrant
locations and turning radii and internal control. Member Grosvenor stated that a fire flow test
needs to be shown on the plan sets. She also stated that the utility company is Volusia
County and the private hydrant located on the site will need to be to the City's standards.
