CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am. 2. Minutes of January 17, 2019. Motion by Ron Paradise, seconded by Leigh Grosvenor, to accept the Minutes of January 17, 2019. The motion carried by the following vote: For: 7 - Member Chavez, Member Grosvenor, Member Mayes, Member McGrath, Member Paradise, Member Roland and Chair Wallace 4. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS: 5. Pre-application meeting - Newmark Dr Mr. Crawford and Mr. Koufos presented a proposed multi-family project. Staff advised them regarding required stormwater compensation, RPUD amendment process, traffic impact analysis, utilities, basin study, environmental surveys and fire suppression. B. Pre-application meeting - 1651 Doyle Road. Members of the Primeria Iglesia Bautista Deltona spoke to the Committee regarding their proposed expansion. Discussion occurred regarding the relocation of the bathrooms, beautifying the landscape, sewer location, 50 foot setbacks, stormwater, access, fire truck movements and occupant load. C. Pre-application meeting - Taco Bell at Saxon Blvd. Mr. Green and Mr. Wallace presented a proposed concept of a Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts located on Saxon Blvd. between Apache Cir. and Exotic Terr. Discussion occurred regarding cross access, stormwater management, traffic, access management, landscape buffers, and sewer availibility. Mr. Green noted that they may apply for a variance to the landscape buffer requirements due to the six (6) foot taking by FDOT. Member Grosvenor noted to submit a WB40 truck simulation model sheet, schedule a fire flow test and show nearest fire hydrant when submitting plans. 8. STAFF COMMENTS: 9.
