CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am. 2. Minutes of April 18, 2019. Motion by Steve Roland, seconded by Jerry Mayes, to accept the Minutes of April 18, 2019. Motion by Ron Paradise, seconded by Scott McGrath, to approve FSP18-002 Deltona McDonalds. The motion carried by the following vote: For: 7 - Member Chavez, Member Grosvenor, Member Mayes, Member McGrath, Member Paradise, Member Roland and Chair Wallace D. 601 Mobley Drive - WVWS Aquifer Recharge Program Phase I Alexander Avenue. Motion by Mario Chavez, seconded by Steve Roland, to approve the 601 Mobley Drive - WVWS Aquifer Recharge Program Phase I Alexander Avenue. The motion carried by the following vote: For: 7 - Member Chavez, Member Grosvenor, Member Mayes, Member McGrath, Member Paradise, Member Roland and Chair Wallace B. Pre-application meeting - 1240 E. Normandy Blvd. Mr. Beverly presented the Committee with two (2) plan concepts for the parking area of the location. He noted that one would be restriping the parking lot and the other would require stormwater and access management alterations. Discussion occurred regarding parking, traffic analysis, turn lane, stormwater, access management, fire truck access, hydrant locations and an interior life safety plan. Member Paradise stated to rework plan and submit to Planning Department for further review. C. 1645 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. - The Center at Deltona Additional Parking. Member McGrath provided a summary regarding The Center parking lot expansion. Discussion occurred regarding the relocation of gopher tortoises. 8. STAFF COMMENTS: 9.
