CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Herzberg. 2. ROLL CALL – CITY CLERK: 3. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG: 4. BUSINESS: A Discussion re: Lawsuit Settlement. i. Mayor announces the commencement of the Executive Session with an estimated length of up to a half hour. Mayor Herzberg announced the commencement of the Executive Session with an estimated length of up to a half hour. ii. Mayor announces the names of each Commissioner in attendance, the City Attorney and the Acting City Manager John A. Peters, III, P.E. Mayor Herzberg announced that each Commissioner was in attendance along with the Acting City Manager, Deputy City Manager, City Attorney, Assistant City Attorney, Attorney Cindy Townsend and Human Resource Director. iv. Mayor closes the session to the public. Mayor Herzberg closed the Executive Session to the public at 5:34 p.m. and she asked that anyone's name she did not call, to exit the room at this time. iv. Discussion of lawsuit settlement. vi. Mayor announces termination of Executive Session. Mayor Herzberg announced the termination of the Executive Session. vii. Mayor reopens meeting and adjourns.
