CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Mayor Herzberg. 2. ROLL CALL – CITY CLERK: Present: 7 - Mayor Herzberg Vice Mayor Avila-Vazquez Commissioner Bradford Commissioner King Commissioner McCool Commissioner Ramos Commissioner Sosa 3. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE TO THE FLAG: 4. BUSINESS: A. Discussion re: Lawsuit Settlement. i. Mayor announces the commencement of the Executive Session with an estimated length of up to a half hour. Mayor Herzberg announced the commencement of the Executive Session with an estimated length of up to a half hour. ii. Mayor announces the names of each Commissioner in attendance, the City Attorney, the Acting City Manager John A. Peters, III, P.E., Deputy City Manager Stacey Kifolo, Human Resource Director Rebecca Wilk and Attorney Cindy Townsend. Mayor Herzberg announced that each Commissioner was in attendance along with the Acting City Manager, Deputy City Manager, City Attorney, Assistant City Attorney, Attorney Cindy Townsend, Roper P.A., Human Resource Director Rebecca Wilk and Court Reporter Christine Morrow. Mayor Herzberg closed the Executive Session to the public at 6:18 p.m. and she asked that anyone's name she did not call, to exit the room at this time. iv. Mayor announces termination of Executive Session. Mayor Herzberg announced the termination of the Executive Session. v. Mayor reopens meeting and adjourns. Mayor Herzberg reopened the meeting to the public at 7:47 p.m. 5. CITY MANAGER COMMENTS: 6.
