Dangerous Dog Hearing
1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Special Magistrate Cino.
2. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE STATEMENT:

Special Magistrate Charles Cino swore in all that were present to testify.

Dremeka Miler (property owner), and Henry Curry, Jr. (owner of dog Rocco) were present
and gave testimony. Dennis Mues and Steve Braukhoff, Code Enforcement Services
Officers, were present and gave testimony. William Rodriguez (complainant) and Courtney
Kolomick were present and gave testimony.
Mr. Cino will review the exhibits & letters provided by Ms. Miler and make his decision on
4/27/16.
