Dangerous Dog Hearing
1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Special Magistrate Cino.
2. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE STATEMENT:
Presented by Charles Cino.
Mr. Cino has taken Judicial Notice of all City of Deltona Ordinances, State Statutes, Florida
Building and Fire Code and the International Property Maintenance Code.
3. SWEARING IN OF OFFICERS AND WITNESSES:
Special Magistrate Charles Cino swore in all that were present to testify.

Dangerous Dog Classification. (Enforcement Services Officer Jeffery Scott)
Special Magistrate heard all evidence and testimony on this case and deferred his ruling
until the next week. On April 18, 2018 Special Magistrate found there is sufficient cause to
classify the adult Male Brown pit bull named Roller as dangerous and upheld the initial
determination made by the Animal Control Authority.
