Dangerous Dog Hearing
1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 8:06 p.m. by Special Magistrate Reischmann.

Appeal of Dangerous Dog Classification

Parcel No.: 30-18-31-52-03-0120
Violation of City of Deltona Ordinance, Sec. 14-166, Division 3, any dog that
is the subject of a dangerous dog investigation shall be immediately
impounded by the animal control authority pending the outcome of the
investigation and resolution of any hearings related to the dangerous dog
classification. (Enforcement Services Officer Lonnie Wilson)
Donald Fann, Jr. (complainant), and Yarimar Rios & Joshwa Cruz (owners of dog Atarah) were present
and gave testimony. Lonnie Wilson, Code Enforcement Services Officer, was present and gave
testimony.
Special Magistrate Reischmann found that there is sufficient cause to classify the dog named Atarah
as dangerous and therefore upholds the initial determination made by the Animal Control Authority.
