CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Special Magistrate Reischmann. 2. ROLL CALL: Special Magistrate William E. Reischmann Jr. present. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Special Magistrate Reischmann stated that under the Old Business, case DEL-19-099 (MASSEY) is withdrawn and under New Business cases DEL-19-108, DEL19-113, DEL-19-114, DEL-19-115 were withdrawn, and cases DEL-19-109, DEL-19-110, DEL-19-111 & DEL-19-112 are continued. 8.
