1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Special Magistrate Reischmann.
2. ROLL CALL:
Special Magistrate William E. Reischmann Jr. present.
Hearing Clerk Angela Meyer was present.
Enforcement Services Supervisors Richard Lovett and Mark Gibson were present.
Enforcement Services Officers Steve Braukhoff and Jose Ortiz were present.
Interim Deputy City Manager Ron Paradise was present.
Assistant Building & Enforcement Services Director Steve Roland was present.

Presented by William E. Reischmann Jr.
Mr. Reischmann has taken Judicial Notice of all City of Deltona Ordinances, State Statutes,
Florida Building and Fire Codes and the International Property Maintenance Code.

Appeal of Dangerous Dog Classification
Owner: David Rosado & Apryl Connoly
Address: 1524 Zinnia Drive, Deltona, Florida 32725
Parcel No,: 813055060280
Violation: City of Deltona Code of Ordinance, Section 14-166 (a) thru (e) -
(Dangerous Dog Classification) - Officer Steve Braukhoff
Amendra Prakash (complainant) gave testimony via telephone.
Brenda Duncan,(complainant), David Rosado (owner of dog "Nina") and Kai Junn (witness
for Mr. Rosado) were virtually present and gave testimony.
Steve Braukhoff, Code Enforcement Services Officer and Danny Ron (witness for the
Animal Control Services) were present and gave testimony.
Special Magistrate Reischman found that there is sufficient cause to classify the dog
named "Nina" as dangerous and therefore upholds the initial determination made by the
Animal Control Authority.

Dangerous Dog Classification - Officer Jose Ortiz
Louise J. Battinus (complainant) and Eric Allen Gorecki (owner of dog "Dozer") were
virtually present and gave testimony. Jose Ortiz, Code Enforcement Services Officer, was
present and gave testimony.
Special Magistrate Reischmann found that there is sufficient cause to classify the dog
named "Dozer" as dangerous and therefore upholds the initial determination made by the
Animal Control Authority.
