Dangerous Dog Hearing
1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Special Magistrate Reischmann.
2. ROLL CALL:
Special Magistrate William E. Reischmann Jr. present.
Hearing Clerk Angela Meyer was present.
Animal Control Representative Patti Mullins was present.
Code Enforcement Officer Marion Quinones was present.

4. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE STATEMENT:
Presented by William E. Reischmann Jr.
Mr. Reischmann has taken Judicial Notice of all City of Deltona Ordinances, State Statutes,
Florida Building and Fire Codes and the International Property Maintenance Code.
5. SWEARING IN OF OFFICERS AND WITNESSES:
Special Magistrate William E. Reischmann swore in all that were present to testify.

In the matter regarding the dog belonging to Alan Ezra Crespo, the Special
Magistrate, after hearing testimony presented by the Animal Services
Division CEO Marion Quinones, Alan Ezra Crespo, owner of the dog and
witnesses, Sabrina Osbourne, Michelle Collazo, Ferdinand Ramos, and,
further, receiving evidence (photos and documents), the Special Magistrate
found that there is sufficient cause to classify the above described dog
as dangerous and therefore upholds the initial determination, made by the
City’s Animal Control Authority.
