1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 9:56 a.m. by Special Magistrate Reischmann.
2. ROLL CALL:
Special Magistrate William E. Reischmann Jr. was present via telephone.
Hearing Clerk Angela Meyer was present.
Enforcement Services Supervisor Richard Lovett was present.

Special Magistrate William E. Reischmann swore in all that were present to testify.

Violation: Florida State Statute 767.11(1)(c) and City of Deltona Code of
Ordinance, Section 14-166 (b) - (Dangerous Dog Classification) - Officer
Marion Quinones.
Special Magistrate found that there is not sufficient cause to classify adult female tan/white

Pit Bull named "Bella" as dangerous, and as such overturns and reverses the prior Order
and the City's Initial Determination.
