ROLL CALL: Special Magistrate William E. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE STATEMENT: DEL-22-276 Special Magistrate Request for Reduction of Fines of Foreclosure Property Address: 1365 Indian Rock Ct., Deltona, Florida 32725 Parcel ID: 813026130320 Property Owner: Dolores A Heyne 1365 Indian Rock Ct., Deltona, Florida 32725 Violation: City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 2-154, which states Ninety days after the recording of the municipal lien, the city attorney shall be authorized to take all legal action necessary to foreclose municipal liens on any real property. F.S.S 162.09(3) A lien arising from a fine imposed pursuant to this section runs in favor of the local governing body, and the local governing body may execute a satisfaction or release of lien entered pursuant to this section. Heyne, and is hereby entered into writing an order by Special Magistrate William E. Reischmann, Jr. this August 31, 2022 a recommended reduction of fines totaling $67,800 on the property for cases DEL-16-101, DEL-14-159, DEL-14-158, and DEL-05-042, be reduced to a total amount owed of $40,000 on real property described as 1365 Indian Rock Ct., Deltona, Florida 32725. Upon receipt of payment ordered by final order of the City Commission of the City of Deltona; Satisfaction and Release of Liens shall be duly recorded in the Public Records of Volusia County. 6.
