McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: 1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. BOE18-007 Election of a temporary presiding officer. B. BOE18-001 Oath of Office for appointed Board of Ethics members. C. BOE18-003 Receive nominations and hold an election of a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson for the Board of Ethics of the City of Denton, Texas. D. BOE18-002 Draw straws to determine which three (3) members shall receive an initial term of one (1) year in order to stagger terms. E. BOE18-004 Receive training from attorney Alan Bojorquez regarding information related to ethics in general, the City of Denton’s Ethics Ordinance, and the requirements of Board of Ethics members.
