McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: 1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. BOE19-029 Consider approval of the minutes of July 10, 2019. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Draft Meeting Minutes 7-10-19 B. BOE19-030 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding an update from the July 16, 2019 City Council Work Session presentation and discuss additional amendments to the Ethics Ordinance and take possible action. C. BOE19-031 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the scheduling of regular Board of Ethics Meetings. D. BOE19-032 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding an update on the Board of Ethics meetings audio file posting. E. BOE19-034 Address preliminary matters related to hearing and take necessary action. F. BOE19-033 Consider and take possible action on Ethics Complaint No. 19-003, found to be actionable 3/27/19 by a Panel of the Board of Ethics, concerning alleged violations of Ethics Ordinance Sections 2-272 and 273. This Hearing is being conducted under the authority of Ethics Ordinance Section 2-281(c). NOTE: The Board of Ethics reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its Open Meeting agenda consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, or as otherwise allowed by law.
