BOE19-035 Consider Request for Advisory Opinion No. 19-003, received August 6, 2019, concerning potential pending matters, conflict of interest applicability, and recusal recommendation, deliberate on applicability of the Ethics Ordinance to the question presented, and issue Advisory Opinion. NOTE: The Board of Ethics reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its Open Meeting agenda consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, or as otherwise allowed by law.
