After determining that a quorum is present, the Board of Ethics of the City of Denton will convene in a Special Called Meeting to conduct a hearing in compliance with Denton Ethics Ordinance Section 2-281 (c), on Friday, November 20, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered. 1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. BOE20-023 Ethics Complaint No. 20-001 filed on October 15, 2020 concerning alleged violations of Ethics Ordinance Section 2-273.
