McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: 1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. BOE22-006 Member introductions and commentary. B. BOE22-001 Receive nominations and hold an election of a Chair and Vice-Chair. C. BOE22-005 Consider approval of minutes for October 28, 2021. D. BOE22-002 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take necessary action regarding a recommendation to amend the Code of Ordinances Chapter 2, Article XI (Ethics) definition of Panel. E. BOE22-004 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take necessary action regarding potential recommendations to amend the Board of Ethics Rules of Procedure. F. BOE22-003 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take necessary action regarding the format of discussion regarding Code of Ordinances Chapter 2, Article XI (Ethics), Sec. 2-273 (a) Conflicts of Interest. G. BOE22-007 Hold a discussion and consider adoption of the 2022 meeting schedule. NOTE: The Board of Ethics reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its Open Meeting agenda consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, or as otherwise allowed by law.
