After determining that a quorum is present, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas will convene
in a Work Session on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Work Session Room at City

This section of the agenda allows citizens to speak on Consent Agenda Items only. Each speaker will

development agreement per subchapter 212.172 of the Texas Local Government
Code providing for development regulations and an annexation schedule for a

subject property is approximately 82.50 acres generally located on the south side of
Ryan Road, approximately 380 feet west of Montecito Drive and 900 feet east of
Forrestridge Drive.
