IN THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE CENTER After determining that a quorum is present, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas will convene in a Joint Special Called Meeting with Planning and Zoning on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in Training Rooms 1 through 5 at the Development Service Center, 401 N. Elm Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: WORK SESSION 1. Work Session Reports A. ID 24-495 Receive a report and hold a discussion of the Southeast Denton Area Plan progress and receive direction and concurrence related to the proposed strategies as recommended by the project team and Steering Committee.
