DCRC22-011 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding proposed Code amendments related to Section 7.9 - Parking and Loading of the Denton Development Code. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Agenda Information Sheet Exhibit 2 - Proposed Parking and Loading Code Amendments C. DCRC22-013 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding proposed Code amendments related to Townhome, Triplex, Fourplex, and Multifamily Dwellings.
