Hickory Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: 1. WORK SESSION A. EDP16-001 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding Year 2 of the Strategic Action Agenda. B. EDP16-002 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the 2015 Return on Investment Report. Attachments: Exhibit 1 2015 Return on Investment Report C. EDP16-003 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding a resolution to accept the Denton Enterprise Airport (DTO) 2015 Master Plan for Airport development. Attachments: Exhibit 1 Resolution to approve the 2015 Master Plan Exhibit 2 DTO 2015 Master Plan Executive Summary D. EDP16-004 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding an industrial project, West Gate Business Park (WGBP Investments, LTD.). Following the completion of the Work Session, the Economic Development Partnership Board will convene in a Closed Meeting to consider specific items when these items are listed below under the Closed Meeting section of this agenda. The Economic Development Partnership Board reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its open meeting agenda consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, or as otherwise allowed by law. 1. CLOSED MEETING A. EDP16-005 Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations - Under Texas Government Code Section 551.087. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding an economic development incentive for West Gate Business Park (WGBP Investments, LTD.) This discussion shall include commercial and financial information the City has received from West Gate Business Park which the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the city, and with which the Economic Development Partnership Board is conducting economic development negotiations; including the offer of financial or other incentive. EDP16-006 Make a recommendation to City Council regarding an incentive for West Gate Business Park. C. EDP16-008 Make a recommendation to the City Council regarding a resolution to accept the Denton Enterprise Airport 2015 Master Plan for Airport development. 2. CONCLUDING ITEMS A.
