Parkway, Denton, Texas, 76201 at which the following items will be considered: 1. WORK SESSION EDP16-043 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the Novaces Agile Economic Development consulting report. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Novaces Agile Economic Development Report Exhibit 2 - Current State RFP Response Exhibit 3 - Ideal State RFP Response Exhibit 4 - Denton Marketing Scorecard EDP16-041 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding nominations to the Economic Development Partnership Board. EDP16-045 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the appointment of the President and Chancellor of Texas Woman’s University to the Economic Development Partnership Board. Bell Avenue (Armadillo Brewing Company). Attachments: Exhibit 1- Armadillo Ale application Following the completion of the Work Session, the Economic Development Partnership Board will convene in a Closed Meeting to consider specific items when these items are listed below under the Closed Meeting section of this agenda. The Economic Development Partnership Board reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its open meeting agenda consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, or as otherwise allowed by law. 1. CLOSED MEETING EDP16-040 Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations - Under Texas Government Code Section 551.087. Bell Avenue (Armadillo Brewing Company). This discussion shall include commercial and financial information the City has received from Armadillo Brewing Company, which the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the city, and with which the Economic Development Partnership Board is conducting economic development negotiations; including the offer of financial or other incentive. EDP16-044 Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations - Under Texas Government Code Section 551.087. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding an economic incentive for Project Brick. This discussion shall include commercial and financial information the City has received from Project Brick, which the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the city, and with which the Economic Development Partnership Board is conducting economic development negotiations; including the offer of financial or other incentive. Following the completion of the Closed Meeting, the Economic Development Partnership Board will convene in a Regular Meeting at which the following items will be considered: 1. REGULAR MEETING EDP16-039 Make a recommendation to City Council regarding a Downtown Reinvestment Grant for 221 S. Bell Avenue (Armadillo Brewing Company). EDP16-046 Make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the appointment of the President and Chancellor of Texas Woman’s University to the Economic Development Partnership Board.
