HBS18-003 Hold a discussion concerning the adoption of the 2018 Fire Code, Building Code, Residential Code, Swimming Pool and Spa Code, Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding 2018 International Building Codes including Mechanical, Plumbing, Residential, Building, Energy, Fire, and Existing Building Code as well as the 2017 National Electrical Code as amended by the North Central Council of Governments with minor local amendments by the Building Code Official.
