COA21-0011 Hold a public meeting and consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, in accordance with Section 2.9.2 of the Denton Development Code, to install a recognition sign to PointBank Texas on the southern facade of the Campus Theatre, a local Historic Landmark and a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark. The theatre is located at 214 W Hickory Street, on the northwest corner of W Hickory Street and Cedar Street.
