McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: 1. CITIZEN COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS This section of the agenda allows citizens to speak on any individual consideration item on the agenda. Individuals are only able to comment one time per agenda item Each speaker will be given a total of three (3) minutes per agenda item. A Request to Speak Card must be completed and returned to the Staff Liaison before the Committee considers the item. 2. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION A. MC23-012 Consider approval of a resolution by the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager to apply for funding under the Denton County Transportation Reinvestment Program (TRiP), providing financial assistance to member cities for transit-supportive projects, through the Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) in the amount of $5,589,560.00 for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 funding period; and providing an effective date.
