McKinney Street, Denton, Texas, at which the following items will be considered: 1. PRESENTATIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC This section of the agenda permits a person to make comments regarding public business on items not listed on the agenda. This is limited to two speakers per meeting with each speaker allowed a maximum of four (4) minutes. Such person(s) shall have filed a "Blue Card" requesting to speak during this period prior to the calling of this agenda item. 2. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. PRB22-056 Consider approval of the minutes of July 11, 2022. Attachments: Exhibit 1- July 11, 2022 Minutes B. PRB22-057 Consider recommending approval of a resolution of the City of Denton allowing Profest, Inc. to sell alcoholic beverages at the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival, on Friday, October 7, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday, October 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 9, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Quakertown Park, upon satisfying certain conditions; authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement in conformity with this resolution; and providing an effective date. PRB22-058 Consider approval of a resolution of the City of Denton allowing the Denton Black Chamber of Commerce to sell alcoholic beverages at the Denton Blues Festival, on Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday, September 18, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the Quakertown Park, upon satisfying certain conditions; authorizing City Manager to execute an Agreement in conformity with this Resolution; and providing for an effective date.
