McKinney Street, Denton, Texas, at which the following items will be considered: 1. PRESENTATIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC This section of the agenda permits a person to make comments regarding public business on items not listed on the agenda. This is limited to two speakers per meeting with each speaker allowed a maximum of four (4) minutes. PRB24-032 Receive a report from staff, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding granting approval, in accordance with Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code, of the non-park use of a part of Sagebrook Park for the purpose of installing and maintaining a sanitary sewer easement and temporary construction for the Dentex Development. PRB24-031 Receive a report from staff, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding providing the exchange of public land within Denia Park for the purposes of constructing a new Denton Independent School District (DISD) facility, Borman Elementary. DISD requests to exchange 4.729 acres of DISD property for 3.739 acres of City Park land to accommodate the construction of a new Borman Elementary.
