Approval of the Consent Agenda includes staff recommendations for approvals and authorizes staff to proceed. The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the applications and has had an opportunity to raise questions regarding the items prior to consideration. A. FP16-0011 Consider approval of a Final Plat for the Love’s Travel Stop Addition. The subject tract is an approximately 15.81 acre property generally located at the southwest corner of Barthold Road and Interstate 35 North, within the B.B.B. & C.R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 141, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas. (FP16-0011, Love’s Travel Stop, Mike Bell). PUBLIC HEARINGS This notice authorizes the Planning and Zoning Commission to recommend and City Council to approve a different zoning district which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested by the applicant, as the different district may not have a maximum structure height, floor area ratio, or density that is higher than the one requested or be nonresidential when the request is for a residential use or vice versa. The different zoning district must be deemed consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the Future Land Use Plan. A. FR16-0005 Hold a public hearing and consider approval of a Final Replat of Lots 1A-1E, Block 2, of the East Ponder Estates. The approximately 9.99 acre property is generally located at the southeast corner of H. Livery Road and Seaborn Road, within the John McGowan Survey, Abstract No. 798, in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
