IN THE COUNCIL WORK SESSION ROOM After determining that a quorum is present, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Denton, Texas will convene as the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee in a Work Session on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chamber at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: WORK SESSION 1. Work Session Reports A. PZ24-040 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the updates to Roadway Impact Fees. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Agenda Information Sheet Exhibit 2 - Draft Roadway Impact Fee Study Exhibit 3 - Presentation 2. CONCLUDING ITEMS A.
