The purpose of the press conference is to provide a presentation to the public pertaining to plans and strategies for electric generation improvements and renewable energy options for Denton Municipal Electric in order to meet its future energy needs. THIS NOTICE IS POSTED IN ORDER TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE OPEN MEETINGS ACT, IN THE EVENT THAT THE NUMBER OF PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT AT THE PRESS CONFERENCE MAKES THE ACT APPLICABLE.
