ZBA19-016 Consider and appoint a member for the Zoning Board of Adjustment Chair Position. B. ZBA19-010 Consider and appoint a member for the Zoning Board of Adjustment Vice-Chair position C. ZBA19-012 Consider approval of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting minutes. Attachments: January 28, 2019 D. ZBA19-014 Receive a presentation and hold a discussion regarding Robert’s Rule of Order. 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. ZBA19-019 Hold a public hearing and consider approval of a variance from Denton Development Code Section 35.5.2.3, General Regulations, relating to the minimum side yard for non-attached buildings and maximum lot coverage. The variance requested is to reduce the minimum side yard setback from 10 feet to 6 feet and increase the maximum lot coverage from 30 percent to 40 percent. The .101 acre lot is generally located on the north side of Prairie Street, adjacent to Oakwood Cemetery and approximately 610 feet west of South Bradshaw Street. This lot is located within a Neighborhood Residential 4 (NR-4) zoning district (ZBA19-0003, Karina Maldonado).
