Public Hearing & Ordinance Levying Special Assessments Recommend a Motion to: Approve an ordinance levying special assessments on certain property to 1  Approve an ordinance levying special assessments on certain property to pay the costs of internal improvements as authorized by the resolutions noted in the ordinance and providing for collection of such special assessments. 8. B. Zone Change Request from R-1 "Single-Family Residential" to R-2 "Two-Family Residential" - SE and NW of the intersection of Newberry Street and Lookout Street Recommend a Motion to: Approve an ordinance rezoning the subject property from R-1 "Single-Family Residential" to R-2 "Two-Family Residential" based upon the Planning Commission's findings of fact. 8. C. Zone Change Request: I-1 "Institutional" to NRPUD "Non-Residential Planned Unit Development" - NW corner of Rock Road and Walnut Grove Road Recommend a Motion to: Approve an ordinance rezoning the subject property from I-1 "Institutional District" to NRPUD "Non-Residential Planned Unit Development District" based upon the Planning Commission's findings of fact and contingent upon replatting of the site within one year. 8. D. Contracts for Improvements to Unpaved Streets Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of contracts with Andale Paving, Inc., in the amount of $84,683.40 for street improvements in Farborough Estates Addition, and $106,750.35 for Street Improvements in Oak Ridge Estates Addition and adjoining parcels. 9.
