Bond Series 2015-C - Special Assessments Recommend a Motion to: Approve the Statement of Final Costs and the Assessment Roll, establish the date of the Public Hearing to be September 8, 2015, and approve and authorize publication and distribution of the Notice of Public Hearing. 9. C. 2016 Budget & 2016-2020 Capital Improvement Plan Recommend a Motion to: Approve the 2016 Operating Budget as proposed to fund city services from January 1 to December 31, 2016 and approve the 2016-2020 Capital Improvement Plan. Approve amendments to the 2015 Budget for the Special Park & Recreation Fund, Library Sales Tax Fund and Derby Difference Sales Tax Fund. 9. D.
