Agreement to Provide for Water Service to Northbrook Addition Recommend a Motion to: Approve an agreement between the City and Sedgwick County Rural Water District #3 detailing the responsibilities of each party in providing water service to Northbrook Addition. 7. B. Amend Zoning Regulations and Right-of-way Ordinance regarding Communication Structures Recommend a Motion to: 1  Adopt an ordinance amending the text of the zoning regulations as recommended by the Planning Commission and authorizing staff to make necessary adjustments to numbering, spacing and formatting in the final draft of the regulations. Adopt an ordinance related to managing the use and occupancy of the public right-of-way, as presented. 7. C. Donation Request - St. Jude Dream Home Recommend a Motion to: Approve a waiver of the building permit fee to Nies Homes at 1201 Lookout Court. 8.
