Sale of Lot in West End Business Park to Aero-Plains, LLC Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of an agreement with Aero-Plains, LLC for the purchase of Lot 4, Parcels A & B, Block B, Derby Industrial Park 2nd Addition and authorize the City Manager to take necessary steps and sign necessary documents to finalize and close the transaction. 1 8. Employee Health and Dental Insurance Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of contracts with BMI for third-party administration of claims, Swiss Re for stop-loss insurance, ProviDRs Care Network for network access to medical providers, MedTrak for pharmaceutical benefit management and Delta Dental for dental insurance. 9.
