Resolution Authorizing the Marketing of STAR Bonds Recommend a Motion to: Approve a resolution authorizing the sale of Sales Tax Special Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2017, and repealing Resolution 1-2017. 8. Partial Release of Past Developer Agreements Recommend a Motion to: Authorize the Mayor to sign the partial release agreements regarding the property to be platted as Derby Destination Development in substantially the form presented with said authority being specifically contingent upon issuance of STAR Bonds for the STAR Bond District. 8. Authorizing Resolutions for Capital Improvement Projects Recommend a Motion to: Approve a resolution authorizing development of Warren Riverview Park and providing for issuance of bonds for payment of the costs; Approve a resolution authorizing development of Fire Station 81 and providing for issuance of bonds for payment of the costs, and Approve a resolution providing for substitute improvements to be financed with G.O.
