Purchase of Wastewater Vacuum Jet Truck Recommend a Motion to: Approve the purchase of a Combination Vacuum Jet Truck with Hydro Excavation from Red Municipal & Industrial Equipment for $307,000. 8. C. Construction of South Rock Rd. Waterline Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of a contract with Dutton Construction for construction of the South Rock Rd. Waterline Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $227,241. 8. D. Discussion About Penalties for Animal Code Violations Recommend a Motion to: Provide direction to staff to draft updates to penalty provisions prior to the upcoming second reading of the animal ordinance. 9.
