A. 2018 Budget, 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Plan, & 2017 Budget Amendment Recommend a Motion to: Approve the 2018 Operating Budget as proposed to fund city services from January 1 to December 31, 2018 and approve the 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Plan. Approve an amendment to the 2017 Budget of the Water System Fund. 1 8. B. Decarsky Park Design Services Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of a contract with Professional Engineering Consultants for $336,000 for design, bidding and construction services for Decarsky Park. 8. C. Initiation of Unilateral Annexation Recommend a Motion to: Adopt a resolution stating the intention of the City to consider annexation of land identified in the resolution and the plan for extension of major municipal services and establish October 10, 2017 as the date for the required public hearing. 9.
