A. 2017 Sidewalk Gap Infill Project Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of a contract with All Year Contractors for the 2017 Sidewalk Gap Infill Project in an amount not to exceed $45,440.85. 7. Change in Providers of Deferred Compensation Program Recommend a Motion to: Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to take the necessary 1  Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to take the necessary steps and execute documents to transition the 457b deferred compensation plan to the KPERS plan, and Authorize the City Manager to take the steps necessary to terminate the City's agreement with ICMA-RC. 7.
