Review and Extension of Massage Therapy Licenses Recommend a Motion to: Extend the term of Jennifer Gaylord's temporary massage therapy business license and massage therapist license to March 1, 2019, with said licenses being subject to the requirements and regulations of Chapter 5.60 of the Derby Municipal Code; and Grant staff authority to approve future massage therapy licenses for Jennifer Gaylord despite a disqualifying conviction from March 2016. 9.
