Playground Resurfacing at High Park and Garrett Park Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of an agreement with ForeverLawn, Inc. to resurface playgrounds at High Park and Garrett Park for $226,000. 1 8. B. Final Plat C.D. & A. M. Reeves Addition Recommend a Motion to: Approve the final plat for the C.D. & A.M. Reeves Addition, authorize the Mayor to sign and direct staff to record the plat. 8. C. Island Annexation to add to Cedar Ranch Estates Recommend a Motion to: Adopt an ordinance annexing certain lands, as described in the ordinance, into the City. 8. D. Zoning Change Request from RPUD to RPUD-Cedar Ranch Estates Recommend a Motion to: Approve an ordinance rezoning the subject property from RPUD "Residential Planned Unit Development" to RPUD "Residential Planned Unit Development-Cedar Ranch Estates" based on the Planning Commission's findings of fact. 8. E. Final Plat of Cedar Ranch Estates PUD Recommend a Motion to: Approve the final plat for Cedar Ranch Estates Planned Unit Development; adopt resolutions for construction of public improvements to serve the addition; authorize the Mayor to sign and direct staff to record the plat, resolutions, and developer's agreement, all contingent upon submission of a signed developer's agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney. 8. F. Final Plat, Resolutions and Reassessment Ordinance for Spring Ridge 3rd Addition Recommend a Motion to: Approve the final plat for Spring Ridge 3rd Addition, adopt resolutions for construction of public improvements to serve the Addition, adopt an ordinance re-assessing the existing special assessments, authorize the Mayor to sign and direct staff to record the plat, resolutions, and developer's agreement, all contingent upon submission of a signed developer's agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney. 2 8. G. Authorizing Resolution for Capital Improvement Project - Water AMI Recommend a Motion to: Approve a resolution authorizing improvements to the City public water supply system. 9. Sprint Lease on South Rock Road Water Tower Recommend a Motion to: Authorize the President of El Paso Water Company to execute an agreement for lease of Company property, including tower and ground space, for placement of antennas and other communications equipment and facilities, upon such terms and conditions deemed acceptable by the President and upon a form approved by the City Attorney. B. Declaration of September Dividend Recommend a Motion to: Authorize payment of a dividend for the month of September in the amount of $212,450.31 to the City of Derby, as the sole stockholder of the Company. 5.
