Recommend a Motion to:
Approve the lease agreement in substantially the form presented.

8. B. Resolution Authorizing Financing of the Hubbard Arts Center
Recommend a Motion to:
Approve a resolution authorizing improvements to the Hubbard Arts
Center.
8. C. Resolution Authorizing the Sale of G.O. Bond Series 2019-A
Recommend a Motion to:
Approve a resolution authorizing the sale of General Obligation Bond
Series 2019-A of the City of Derby.
8. D. High Park Water Line Loop and Control Valve Construction
Recommend a Motion to:
Authorize execution of a contract with McCullough Excavation for
$497,690 for construction of the High Park Water Line Loop and Control
Valve.
8. E. Professional Services for Comprehensive Plan Update
Recommend a Motion to:
Authorize staff to negotiate a detailed scope of services and execute a
contract not to exceed $125,000 with RDG Planning & Design for
professional services to update the city's comprehensive plan.
8. F. Sale of Land in Stone Creek Addition sometimes known as Winding Lane
Park
Recommend a Motion to:
Authorize staff to published notification of the City's intent to sell
Reserve S, and if no protests are received, offer the land for sale subject
to replatting, and then bring the issue back to the City Council for a
decision based on the bids received.
8. G. First Reading: Repeal of Ordinance Restricting Locations for Serving
Alcohol and CMB
Recommend a Motion to:
Direct staff to schedule a second reading at the next meeting of the City
Council.

8. H. Franchise Agreement with Cox Wireless Access, LLC
Recommend a Motion to:
Approve an ordinance granting a contract franchise to Cox Wireless
Access, LLC and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract franchise
ordinance in substantially the form presented.
8. I. Update Code of Meeting Procedure & Governing Body Manual
Recommend a Motion to:
Adopt the Code of Meeting Procedure and Governing Body Manual, as
presented.
