Railroad Agreement for Water St. and Kay St. Reconstruction Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of an agreement with BNSF for construction of improvements related to reconstruction of Water St. and Kay St. in substantially the form presented, including payment to BNSF not to exceed $201,017. 8. D. Final Plat Fanello Storage Recommend a Motion to: Approve the final plat for Fanello Storage, authorize the Mayor to sign and direct staff to record the plat. 9.
