Zone Change: Amendment to Springcreek Plaza NRPUD Disapprove the request to amend the Springcreek Plaza Non-Residential Planned Unit Development that would allow a free-standing wireless communication facility, based upon the findings of fact discussed and the facts stated in the staff report, and forward a recommendation of disapproval to the City Council. 5. B. Preliminary Plat of El Paso Crossing Addition Approve the preliminary plat of El Paso Crossing Addition subject to staff comments and authorize the applicant to proceed with preparation of the final plat. 1 5. C. Annual Review of Zoning Regulations Adopt the recommended amendments to the text of the zoning regulations as presented, and forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council. 6.
