Vacate Access Control on Lot 1, Block A, The Oaks Commercial 2nd Addition Adopt a resolution recommending vacation of the west 12 feet of 100 feet platted complete access control along the north line of Lot 1, Block A, The Oaks Commercial 2nd Addition, subject to the written conditions outlined in the staff report and instruct staff to forward the resolution to the City Council for consideration. 5. B. Site Plans for part of Lot 1, Block A, The Oaks Commercial 2nd Addition Approve the site plans for a portion of Lot 1, Block A, The Oaks 1  Approve the site plans for a portion of Lot 1, Block A, The Oaks Commercial 2nd Addition, subject to staff comments; subject to recording of an approved lot split; and subject to final approval of vacation of a portion of complete access control along Tall Tree Rd. 5. C. Preliminary Plat of Madison & Woodlawn Addition (Replat of Part of Gerteis Second Addition) Approve the preliminary plat of Madison & Woodlawn Addition subject to staff comments and authorize the applicant to proceed with preparation of the final plat. 5.
